open studio week

People have been asking when they can come and see my paintings in person...well here it is..open studio week! I will be working there all week and same time open to receive visitors.

Please come and visit...hang out. I will have my paintings, prints, cards and ceramics up. Enter from 1st the alley off Virginia. Studio is between Jefferson and Virginia in a
garage...most likely I'll have the door open and if not, it has an Outiart sign on it.

Mannequin show

I am part of this fabulous art show coming up on Nov. 7th.
17 women artist doing art on a mannequins.
It's going to be a fun night at the Folk & Fable studio in downtown with music provided
by KCRW's Anne Litt.

art festival

I'll be at the Moorpark park art festival in Studio City this weekend. It's in the corner of Moorpark St. and Laurel Caynon Blvd. Sat and Sun 10am to 5pm.
I got some new beautiful stuff!

where did the last few months go?

here few things...
did some new plates
more vases
started paintings...I don't think I finished one yet...
danced on the streets with Matt...here we did stop to take a picture..
Lynda and I had field trip on Venice beach and on Abbot Kinney
I did go into the ocean once...only once!
Patio was redone and here we celebrate Craig's birthday
I love butter and butter loves me
Cleaned the studio
Flo's birthday party at my place.
Babysitting my favorite little bubbleheads (I call all the children and people I love bubbleheads...so it's a good thing) Cosmo and Cypress
I love this group of women...we started our meetings this summer to support each other in our work, in our essence and how to bring it to the world.

New ceramic flower pots

Suddenly I am into gardening (never cared about it before). Now I can't stop buying plants!
Before I couldn't keep them alive...now they are actually blossoming and growing!

So with this new gardening "thing" I had to make some outiart pots and I have to say they came out so PRETTY!

So I made some for the rest of the world too.
